Frequently Asked Questions

(Abriviated Overview)

How long do projects typically take?

Smaller design needs can move quickly, while full brand identity systems and multi-touchpoint projects take longer. I’ll confirm timing after the call and outline key milestones so you know what to expect.

Can you work with an existing brand or do you only do new brands?

Both. I can refresh and expand existing systems or build a new identity from the ground up. The goal is always consistency across touchpoints, not a one-off redesign.

Do you offer both design and photography?

Yes. Projects can be design-only, photography-only, or combined. When they’re paired, the visuals are created to match the brand system, which makes everything feel consistent across web, print, and social.

What does pricing look like?

Pricing depends on scope, timeline, and usage needs (especially for photography). After a quick call, you’ll receive a clear recommendation and an estimate based on what you actually need, no bloated packages.

Do you work with clients outside Rhode Island and Southern New England?

Yes. Many projects are remote-friendly for design and brand strategy. For photography, I’m available on-location across Rhode Island and Southern New England, and remote product shoots can be arranged depending on the project.

How do photography projects work?

We’ll confirm goals, shot list, and usage during the call, then plan the shoot and delivery schedule. Final images are delivered fully edited and ready for web, social, and marketing use.

Is a call required before starting?

Yes. After you submit the form, we’ll schedule a quick call to confirm you’re real, clarify goals, and make sure scope, timeline, and budget are aligned before quoting and scheduling.

What types of projects do you take on?

Brand identity and design systems, logos, packaging, print and advertising design, web design visuals, and ongoing brand support. I also offer commercial photography for product, food, portraits, automotive, and branded content when it supports the identity.

What deliverables will I receive?

Deliverables depend on the project, but you’ll receive clean, organized files that are ready to use across the platforms you need, web, print, and social. You’ll also get clear guidance on how to apply the system going forward.
